  • 1 cup fresh turmeric peeled and chopped

  • 1 large lemon juice

  • 1 tsp salt


  • Take the chopped turmeric in a bowl.
  • squeeze out lemon juice and pour it on the turmeric.
  • Add salt and mix it well.
  • Add this mixture into a sterlized jar and store in refrigerator.
  • It can be kept in fridge for 2 months.
