1 cup fresh turmeric peeled and chopped
1 large lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Directions
Take the chopped turmeric in a bowl.
squeeze out lemon juice and pour it on the turmeric.
Add salt and mix it well.
Add this mixture into a sterlized jar and store in refrigerator.
It can be kept in fridge for 2 months.
