Buns: Mix ingredients well, then bind soft dough using hot water, then knead well till dough is soft and lost elasticity. Let it rise till its double in size. Punch back make 10-12 portions, roll each into rough rectangular and fold tightly like swissroll Flatten it and lay the open side on cornmeal sprinkled tray, make all the others in same manner. Let it fully rise, glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle oats, flax, chia seeds or sesame, then bake in oven on 200°C till browned up. Seekh Kebabs: Blend together yogurt, corriander, onion and mint leaves, green chillies, all spices, salt, oil and egg. Mix all together with mince meat and marinate for 3 hrs. Shape in seekh kebabs and arrange on greased tray. Bake in oven on 220 C for 10 mins, then either grill on barbeque it. Salad: Shredd thin jullienes of the above, add either cheese dip or mayonaise with little hot sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well. Cut bun horizontally from from one end to the other.
