  • 500 grams raw small mango (without Hard seeds)

  • 100gms sea salt

  • 1 tbs Turmeric powder

  • 2 tbs castor oil


  • Wash mangoes properly,apply castor oil on every Mango tip. Mix salt, Turmeric powder n remaining castor oil in mixing bowl. Take sterilized glass jar (with lid) add ⅓ salt mixture on bottom, now arrange mangoes in layers, add salt mixture in every layer, lastly add remaining salt mixture at top. Cover lid n put in dark place. After 24 hours open lid add 10-12 ice cubes. Cover lid n shake the jar up side down, put it in dark place again, repeat the procedure of shaking jar till 15-20 days (don't add ice cubes again). After 1 month add seedless beans n gum berry. This pickle self life is for nearly 1 year
