Take a wok and heat pure ghee, add maize flour and roast till golden in color.
Now add spinach puree and roast it on medium flame till thickens. Then add sugar and mix well.
Add milk powder and cardamom powder and roast for 5 minutes.
Take another wok and heat puree ghee
Then add Semolina and roast it well, meanwhile take another pan and add water and sugar and let it boil till sugar dissolves and add saffron strings
Now add this sugar syrup slowly slowly into halwa and cook it well.
Your sooji halwa is now ready,
