In a mixer add 1 cup yogurt, sugar and saffron water and grind it well to make SAFFRON LASSI.
Then add 1 cup yogurt, cumin powder and salt and grind it well to make WHITE LASSI.
Now finally take 1 cup yogurt, cumin powder, coriander paste and salt and then grind it well to make GREEN LASSI.
Serve them in 3 diffrent glasses and arrange them in India flag color wise.
