  • Ingredients for rice Flower:carrot finely chopped 1 nos

  • capsicum finely chopped 1 nos

  • grated paneer 1/2 cups

  • spring onion finely chopped 1/4 cups

  • cooked rice 1/2 cups

  • onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • black pepper 1/8 tsp

  • Oregano 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli chopped 1/8 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • uncooked basmati Rice 1/2 cups

  • Orange food colour 3-4 drop

  • Green food colour 3-4 drop

Directions

    First divide uncooked rice in 3 portions. Now wash and soak uncooked rice for 30 minutes in green coloured , orange coloured and in simple water.

    After 30 minutes drain water and spread rice on a cloth. Keep aside.

    In a mixing bowl add cooked rice and rest of the ingredients. Mix it nicely.

    Now wet your hands and take small portion from this mixture and make balls.

    Now take vegetable balls and roll them on soaked rice.The rice will stick to them.

    Put these rice coated vegetable flowers in steamer for 15 minutes.

    The vegetable balls will magically transform into beautiful colourful flowers.

    let it cool for 5 minutes . Remove carefully and serve hot with mustard sauce or any Chutney of your choice.
