  • 1 chopped apple

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup papaya cubed

  • 1 guava

  • 20 nos green/black grapes

  • 7 straberry

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chopped

  • 5 chopped plums

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 tsp ginger juice

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp citric acid

  • 3/4 tsp mix fruit essence (pinapple, grapes)

  • 1/4 tsp sodium benzoit

  • 1 kg sugar/brown sugar or as per taste


  • Wash all fruits in running water thoroughly and peeled and deseeded and cut into small pieces.
  • Soak hard fruit in hot water for few minutes and drain water.
  • Transfer the chopped fruits to a blender along with all juice.
  • Blend everything until smooth to form a puree.
  • In a sauce pan add the puree along with sugar.
  • And cook on medium flame stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.
  • Slow flame and let it simmer until the puree thickness.
  • Add citric acid, sodium benzoit and fruit essence and mix well.
  • Stirring on regular intervals and cook until it reaches jam like consistency.
  • Switch off the flame once done and cool it down.
  • Mix well and store it in a clean sterlized glass container.
  • You can use this jam in many recipes. Spread on bread, on cake and sweet items.
