Wash all fruits in running water thoroughly and peeled and deseeded and cut into small pieces.
Soak hard fruit in hot water for few minutes and drain water.
Transfer the chopped fruits to a blender along with all juice.
Blend everything until smooth to form a puree.
In a sauce pan add the puree along with sugar.
And cook on medium flame stirring continuously till it comes to a boil.
Slow flame and let it simmer until the puree thickness.
Add citric acid, sodium benzoit and fruit essence and mix well.
Stirring on regular intervals and cook until it reaches jam like consistency.
Switch off the flame once done and cool it down.
Mix well and store it in a clean sterlized glass container.
You can use this jam in many recipes. Spread on bread, on cake and sweet items.
