  • Amla- 1 kg

  • Sugar- 1/2 kg

  • 1 tsp black salt

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 bowl crushed sugar (बूरा)

  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • Wash the gooseberry and put it in a vessel and keep it for boiling for 15 minutes.
  • Boil them out of water and then detach them from each other.Put them in a glass jar and add sugar in it and then put it as it is for 2-3 days until the sugar melts
  • Then put it on a cloth and dry it for 2 days in the sun, its water will dry completely, it should not stick in hand.
  • After 2 days, take it from the sunlight and put it in a vessel and mix the rest of the ingredients and filter it and put it in a box.
  • Now amla candy is ready. You can even store it for more than 1 years
