Soak tamarind and raisins in warm water for 15 minutes.
Squeeze tamarind and raisins and throw away the cover.
Add jaggary and some water in it.
Heat it and add red chilli powder, salt.
mix it and stir until the jaggary is dissolved.
Add water as per the consistency is needed.
Switch off the stove and let it cool. Store in refrigerator and serve with bhel, pakodas etc.
