Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 10 tamarind


  • 1 tbsp jaggery


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cup warm water


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 4-5 raisins

Directions

  • Soak tamarind and raisins in warm water for 15 minutes.
  • Squeeze tamarind and raisins and throw away the cover.
  • Add jaggary and some water in it.
  • Heat it and add red chilli powder, salt.
  • mix it and stir until the jaggary is dissolved.
  • Add water as per the consistency is needed.
  • Switch off the stove and let it cool. Store in refrigerator and serve with bhel, pakodas etc.
