Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 15 green chillies chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and wait till it splutters.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, hing, turmeric powder, green chillies, salt.
  • switch off the stove and add lemon juice as per taste.
  • Store in an airtight jar and serve with parathas.
