Ingredients

Serves :
  • 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • sift together the flour, baking soda and powder and set aside

Directions

  • In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until smooth
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla and slowly blend in the dry ingredients
  • On a non-stick baking sheet, roll teaspoonsfull of dough into balls and place them on the sheet
  • Bake for 8-10mins in a preheated oven at 190C/375F
  • Remove and allow it to cool down before biting into them!
