  • Green chilly 100 gms

  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Black mustard seeds 1 tsp

  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1/4 tsp

  • Tumeric powder 1/3 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Mustard oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Wash and cut the green chilly and pat dry. Dry roast the all the spices except turmeric powder. Once cooled,grind coarsely. Heat oil in the pan. Add green chilly,salt and all the spices and stir one mins and turn off the flame. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add vinegar and mix well Now ready to eat green chilly pickle.
