Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 onion


  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon pepper


  • 2 tablespoon refine oil


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 tsp salt (or according to taste)


  • 1tsp cumin


  • 2 teaspoon lime juice


  • 2 tablespoon butter


  • For garnishing : 2 sliced onion, 2tomatoes, spring onion, green peas, sweet corn, corriander and fresh cream


  • Medium sized whole duck with skin (500-750 gms)

Directions

  • Marinate the duck in onion &ginger garlic paste, curd, cumin,salt lemon juice, black pepper for 3-4 hours and regrigerate it.
  • Add refine oil in a pressure cooker and toss and turn the duck in medium flame for 10-12 minutes covering the lid from time to time.
  • grease a baking dish with butter and pre-heat it
  • Put the duck in the baking dish and grill it in the microwave/oven at 180 C for 45-60 minutes. Grease the duck with butter from time to time.
  • Once the duck is 3/4th done, add spring onion, green peas, sweet corn to the baking dish and let it cook alongwith the duck
  • Add sliced onion, tomatoes, add fresh cream to the duck & garnish with finely chopped corriander. Serve hot.
