Wash the gooseberry with wate .
Prick gooseberry with fork .
Add sugar in gooseberry and keep it for three hours . Sugar will melt with gooseberry juice and automatically it will change in chasni .
Keep gooseberry in steel container and keep it on gas at medium flam for half an hours.
When gooseberry will be cold we will store it in container . We can store it for one month .
While cooking it we have to cook it only in steel container we should not to use iron or aluminium container .
