Firstly in a pan heat 1/2 cup oil use mustard oil for more flavors further add 25 cloves garlic, 3green chilli and 3inch ginger saute on medium flame till the garlic turn slightly golden. Do not over rost the garlic as it doesn't taste great for pickle further more add 1 tap chilli powder 1/2tsp turmeric and 1 pinch of hing saute for 30seconds on low flame artill spices gets cooked well all the mixture complete. Mean while, dry rost 1tsp mustard 1/4 cup methi and 1/2 tsp fenvel crush and powder the finely futher more add powder masala to the prepared garlic mixture also add 1 tsp salt and 2 whole lemon juice mix well .
