Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • Indian olive -150 gm


  • Salt - 1 teaspoon or as needed


  • Water - 2 cup or as needed


  • Oil - 2 tablespoon


  • Dried red chilly - 2


  • Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 tablespoon


  • Fenugreek powder - 2 pinch


  • Asafoetida powder - 1/4 teaspoon


  • Vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • Cook indian olives by adding salt, turmeric powder in water
  • Heat oil and add dried red chilly, chilly powder, asafoetida powder, fenugreek powder and turn off the flame
  • Add vinegar and salt
  • Add cooked olives and mix well
  • You can use it after 1 day
