Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan,add chopped ginger and garlic ,let it sizzle.
Add Orange juice, sugar , salt ,soya sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes; stir it frequently; in medium flame boil the mixture.
Add tomato ketchup, give a quick mix, cook it for 5-6 minutes.
Mix cornflour and water properly and prepare a slurry.
Now put the flame low, add the slurry with juice mixture,stir it continuously.
Add orange zest and cook it for 8-9 minutes or till it become thicker, mixture should be lump free.
Cool it down , keep it in sterilized bottle and refrigerate.
It can be used upto 3-4 months
Enjoy it with any stuffed paratha,pakora or fried items.
