1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp crushed dried fenugreek leaves
10 nos for the green coriander chicken :chicken boneless bite sized pieces
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 nos coriander leaves ,pureed(bunch)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 nos green chili
2 tbsp fresh yogurt
4 tbsp ghee for grilling / shallow frying

How to make Tricolor Chicken Shashlik : Firstly, marinate chicken with the ingredients listed under saffron chicken for Saffron colour Chicken Shashlik.Marinate for 2 hours.
Similarly, marinate chicken for green chicken Shashlik with the ingredients listed under green. Marinate for 2 hours.
Marinate for the white malai chicken with listed ingredients. Marinate for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, arrange tricolor marinated chicken one by one. First green, white and saffron in a skewer. Repeat steps with the remaining chicken and skewers.
Heat 4 tablespoons ghee in a grill pan. Place these skewers (tri colour chicken) on the grill pan and slow grill till colour turns slightly and chicken looks cooked.
