for making tricolour chicken flowers soak rice for at least 15 minutes.
In a bowl add minced chicken, ginger and garlic paste, black pepper, soya sauce, salt, coriander leaves and mix nicely.
make small balls from this chicken mixture and keep aside.
drain water from rice and divide into three parts, in first part add Orange colour and give it a mix similarly in second part add green colour and mix nicely leave the third part white only.
now roll the chicken balls on the coloured and white rice separately and gently press them so that rice is stuck on the balls.
now steam the balls for 15 minutes.
