Wash the sabudani correctly and keep in vessel for 8 hrs to became big balls and don't keep water in a vessel after wash
In between soaking period sprinkle little water in a vessel 1 or 2 times(don't put too much water)
After 8 hours take a vessel add 1 cup sugar and half cup of water start to boil until it's became a thick syrup
Then add sabudani and 1 tsp cardamom powder
fry for 1 minutes then take 1 part of sabudani to other vessel add carrot juice then Orange color is ready
Take again some portion of sabudani into another vessel add food color of green,then green color is ready
Remaining white color is ready in a vessel then at last 3 color sabudani sweet is ready
Here using this recipe i made india map and middle food color blue is used to make wheel
