Wash and grate carrot.cook in a cooker for 2-3whistle.leave it to release the pressure
Now add condense milak.cook till all water evoprate.
Now boil milk in a pan. Add palak juice. add vinager with water.it will curdle shift to sieve add cold water .
Now heat pan add paneer and cook to dry it. Add condense milk. Dry it.
Now put halwa and sandesh batter in fridge for 2-3hours.it becomes firm
Now make balls anad put green and orange on top.
Roll a stripe with fonden icing and attach in between to colour.
I make chanra on paper and attach on white colour.
