  • Milk full cream 1 litre

  • Amul Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Vineger 1-2sp/ cream of tarter 2 tsp

  • Sugar 3-4sp.

  • Powder sugar 2sp.

  • Saffron 10 thread

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2sp

  • Pistachios flakes 2sp.


  • Boil the milk with sugar reduce the halt quantity.
  • Now cool down the milk at room temperature add fredh cream mix well now put this milk in fridge overnight.
  • Now put this milk in big bowl n whisk it with beater n collect the milk fog in another bowl keep this process 3-4 tym and collect all the fog .
  • Now divide the all fog in three part .
  • 1 part in plain sprinkle some sugar powder , cardamom powder n pistachios slice on top keep fridge for 1 hour.
  • 2nd part we add soaked saffron n saffron colour sprinkle sugar n cardamom powder n pistachios keep in fridge for 1 hour.
  • Last 3 part add rose essence pink colour mix well spunkle sugar n cardamom powder and pistachios flakes keep in fridge atleast 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour serve in mitti cup serve chill.
