4 bread slice, white
2 spoon butter
1 spoon green chutney
2 spoon cucumber grated
3 spoon cheese grated
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
2 spoon carrot grated
1 spoon tomato sauce
First, cut the sides of all 4 white breads. Use sides of the breads to prepare bread crumbs.
For green colour, mix grated cucumber and green chutney.
For orange colour, mix grated carrot and tomato sauce.
Now spread butter on all 4 bread slices.
Then spread green mixture on one bread slice and orange mixture on second bread slice.
On third bread slice spread cheese and sprinkle black pepper powder on it.
Arrange slice in order - first green slice, then white slice, then orange slice and cover the top with butter slice (butter part facing downward) and press gently.
Now cut the sandwich into half in shape of a triangle.
Tricolour Bombay Sandwich is ready to serve .
