Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 4 bread slice, white


  • 2 spoon butter


  • 1 spoon green chutney


  • 2 spoon cucumber grated


  • 3 spoon cheese grated


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 spoon carrot grated


  • 1 spoon tomato sauce

Directions

  • First, cut the sides of all 4 white breads. Use sides of the breads to prepare bread crumbs.
  • For green colour, mix grated cucumber and green chutney.
  • For orange colour, mix grated carrot and tomato sauce.
  • Now spread butter on all 4 bread slices.
  • Then spread green mixture on one bread slice and orange mixture on second bread slice.
  • On third bread slice spread cheese and sprinkle black pepper powder on it.
  • Arrange slice in order - first green slice, then white slice, then orange slice and cover the top with butter slice (butter part facing downward) and press gently.
  • Now cut the sandwich into half in shape of a triangle.
  • Tricolour Bombay Sandwich is ready to serve .
