To make green coloured sandesh:
DesiccatedCoconut powder 2 tablespoon
Condensed milk 1 tablespoon
Milk powder 1 tablespoon
Cottage cheese(paneer) 100 grams
To make orange coloured sandesh: deseeded orange crush 1 tablespoon
Cottage cheese 100 grams
Coconut powder 1 tablespoon
Other ingredients : Almonds 1 tablespoon
First heat enough water to soak almonds . Now peel almonds and slit from mid. Keep slitted almonds aside.( View image)
Now to make kiwi sandesh, mash paneer with palm till it smoothens.
Add rest mentioned ingredients in this paneer and make smooth dough. Make small balls of this kiwi sandesh dough and keep aside.
Now to make orange sandesh, mash paneer again with palm and rest ingredients to make smooth dough.
Now make smaller orange sandesh balls than kiwi balls.
Keep orange balls on midway of kiwi sandesh balls as shown in image. Garnish with slitted almonds aside of orange balls. Refrigerate for half an hour to let them set properly .
Beautiful lotus shaped yummy and power -packed tricolour flavoured sandesh are ready to serve.
