Cut paneer into bread size square, mix salt, chaat masala, chilli powder and coriander , and sprinkle on paneer slices.
Place a slice of bread on a , dry surface and spread tomato ketchup, then place a slice of paneer over it.
Spread green chutney on another bread slice and place over it, press lightly and cut it diagonally into 2 equal pieces.
Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 2 more pieces.
Prepare besan batter of medium consistency by adding water.
Dip each piece in the batter till it is evenly coated from all the sides, slide in hot oil and deep-fry on a medium flame till the pakodas turn golden in colour and crisp from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or oriental sauce and crispy wafers
