Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Paneer – 200 grams cubed


  • Onion – 1 large peeled and cubed


  • Capsicum – 1 large cubed


  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves chopped finely


  • Ginger – 2 piece chopped finely


  • Green Chilli – 3 cut nicely


  • Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon


  • Sugar – 1 tsp


  • Ajinomoto 1 pinch (optional)


  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tablespoon


  • Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tablespoon


  • Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tablespoon


  • Soy Sauce – 1 teaspoon


  • Vinegar – 1 teaspoon


  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tablespoon


  • Coriander Leaves for garnishing 2 tablespoon finely chopped


  • For Frying:- All Purpose Flour / Maida – 2 tablespoon


  • Corn Flour / Corn Starch – 4 tablespoon


  • Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon


  • Sugar – 1/4 tsp


  • Pepper Powder – 1 tsp


  • Soy Sauce – 1/2 tsp


  • Water as needed 1/2 cup approximately


  • Oil – 3 tablespoon for frying

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Take all the ingredients given for frying in a bowl, add in water and make it to slightly thin batter. Dip the paneer in the batter and fry till golden. Remove it to a plate.
  • Mix all the sauces in a bowl and set aside.
  • Now in the remaining oil(if there is no oil, add a tsp more oil). Add in ginger, garlic and chillies. Saute for a min.
  • Add in onions, capsicum and saute for couple more mins.
  • Add in salt, sugar and mix well. Add in chilli powder and sauces and mix well. Cook for few mins.
  • Add in the fried paneer and toss.
  • Serve hot , garnished with coriander leaves.
