Heat a pan. Add deveined marinated prawns to the pan. Toss under the water is dried and the prawns shrink in size. This step ensures that the flavour is sealed in the prawns and not diluted by the gravy.
Transfer half-cooked prawns to a plate.
Add oil in the pan. Add cumin seeds.
Add onion, green chilli, salt.
Add ginger garlic paste until the raw smell goes away. Add tomato paste and cook until the oil separates.
Add turmeric, garam masala
Add capsicum and prawns to the mixture. Add 1/2 glass of water and simmer to cook.
Garnish with few sprigs of coriander leaves.
