Discard the borders of the bread.
With a rolling pin roll the bread slices.
Grate carrot and add chaat masala and hung curd in it.
Add some ketchup for extra taste and colour.
Make the green chutney. Mix the green chutney with hung curd.
Smear butter on bread slices.
On one slice put the green topping and on another put the red one.
Place one over another.
Start rolling from one side.
After that cover them with cling wrap and keep in refrezerator.
After half an hour, cut them with very sharp knife. Serve with ketchup.
