Ingredients

  • Bread slices 8


  • Hung curd 250 gram


  • Carrot grated 1


  • Chaat masala 2 tsp


  • Butter 2 tbsp


  • Green chutney 1/2 cup


  • For green chutney: Coriander leaves 1 bunch


  • Mint leaves 5


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Lime juice 1 tsp


  • Garlic 5 pods


  • Green chili 1

Directions

  • Discard the borders of the bread.
  • With a rolling pin roll the bread slices.
  • Grate carrot and add chaat masala and hung curd in it.
  • Add some ketchup for extra taste and colour.
  • Make the green chutney. Mix the green chutney with hung curd.
  • Smear butter on bread slices.
  • On one slice put the green topping and on another put the red one.
  • Place one over another.
  • Start rolling from one side.
  • After that cover them with cling wrap and keep in refrezerator.
  • After half an hour, cut them with very sharp knife. Serve with ketchup.
  • Healthy and delicious tri colour pin wheel sandwich is ready.
