"PASTA DO PYAZA"....Tri-Colour Royal Salad (Special quality Durum Wheat Pasta Used)

Serves 3

  • 1Cup Pasta (Pennoni Rigati pasta)

  • 1Onion sliced thickly (mota mota)

  • 1 Big Tomato Roughly Chopped

  • 1 Big Capsicum cut into large squares

  • 2 Green chillies cut into 2 slits,do not chop

  • 3-4 pods of Garlic cloves, use whole,do not chop

  • Ginger julliens 1tablespoon

  • Oil for shallow frying 2-3 tablespoons

  • Dr.Oetker FunFoods mayonnise as per taste 1 teaspoon minimum

  • Dr.Oetker FunFoods Pasta and Pizza Sauce as per taste 1 teaspoon each minimum

  • Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon minimum

  • Garam Masala Powder 1teaspoon

  • Turmeric Powder 1teaspoon

  • Red Chillie Powder 1teaspoon

  • Sugar 1/2teaspoon

    Place water for boiling.

    Put pennoni pasta it in,boil well.

    Take out, wash in cold water, as we do while making noodles,keep aside.

    On the other side take a pan, add oil, heat well

    Add onion make it pink,do not over cook

    Add slit green chillies,whole garlic pods, and square capsicum to it, stir fry this also but do not over cook.

    Now add roughly chopped tomatoes also,mix well.

    Now add ginger julliens and cook further for 1-2minutes but do not overcook any vegetable.

    Add all dry spices along with sugar and salt.

    Mix well,keep on sim flame for few minutes.

    Now Lastly add the boiled pennoni pasta to it and cook further for few minutes till a nice texture comes out.

    Sweet Fragrance/aroma of masala's will come, in hindi it can be described as "khushboo aane lagegi"

    Off the gas and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

    Serve with topping of veg mayonnaise and pasta-pizza sauce as u needed, serve hot.
