For the green paste: Heat oil in a pan.
Add spinach puree, oregano, mixed herb 1 tsp each.
Add salt, garlic powder.
Cook until water evaporates. Green paste is ready.
For the red paste: Heat oil in a pan.
Add tomato puree, oregano, mixed herb, red chili powder and salt to taste.
Add garlic powder as well.
Cook until water evaporates. Red paste is ready.
In a bowl take luke warm milk, sugar, yeast. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
In a big bowl take flour, oil, salt and active yeast mixture.
Start assembling it together. After 5 minutes of kneading divide the dough in 3 parts.
In one part mix the spinach paste, and in the other part mix the tomato paste.
One part will remain white. Now knead all these parts separately. Keep covered in 3 different bowls 1 hour for rising.
After 1 hour divide each dough into 2 parts. You will get total 6 balls.
Roll each ball with rolling pin to make chatpati.
Now place one chappati onto another.
Now roll it from one side to form a log.
Prepare a loaf pan with butter paper and place the prepared loaf for 2nd rising.
Pre heat the oven 180C for 10 min.
After 2nd rise top the loaf with flex seed and sesme seeds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until top is golden brown.
Take out from oven , slice and enjoy endlessly.
