Semolina 2 cup
Milk half liter
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Sugar 2 cup
Orange and green food colour 1 pinch
Take 1 tablespoon ghee or clarified butter in a deep pan.
Add 2 cup semolina and roast it for 2 minutes. Stir continuously with a spoon till semolina changes it's colour.
In a mean time take half liter milk in a vessel and give it to boil on a high flame.
Remove milk from the gas.
Now add boiled milk to this semolina and mix well.
Cook it for 1 minute.
Now add sugar and stir continuously for few minutes.
Keep stirring so it won't get burn from the bottom side.
When it looks thick then switch off the flame.
Cool this mixture.
Now divide this mixture into three parts.
Keep one part normally.
Add orange food colour into second part and mix well.
Then add green food colour into third part and mix well.
Prepare three colour dough of semolina.
Take a clean plastic and grease some oil on it by hand.
First take green coloured semolina mixture on this greased plastic.
Then roll it.
Cut round shaped disc from it by cookies cutter.
Cut till green coloured semolina mixture have completely used.
Now take orange coloured semolina mixture on this greased plastic.
Then roll it
Cut it into round shaped disc by cookies cutter.
Cut till orange coloured semolina mixture have completely used.
At last take normal coloured semolina mixture on this greased plastic.
Then roll it at same process.
Cut it into round shaped disc by cookies cutter
Cut till normal coloured semolina mixture have completely used.
Now first take green coloured disc then normal coloured disc and last take orange coloured disc. Place it one over another.
Repeat this for one time as shown upper photo.
Now fold it from one end to another end.
Then cut through the center by a knife.
Two tri colour semolina rose is ready.
Prepare all rose by same process.
Now serve this tri colour semolina rose.
