Mini Choco Pancake With Tricolor Frosting

Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 2 tbsp coco powder
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 drops each orange and green colour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Seive all the dry ingredients twice
  • In a separate bowl mix sugar and milk and essence
  • Now pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well
  • Now make mini pancakes and cook until well done
  • Allow it to cool
  • Now frost the pancakes with tricolour frosting and sandwich them
