To make green layer, add gram flour and milk and mix it well to make lumps free batter.
In a nonstick pan heat ghee, add this batter and cook it both the sides.
Cook it in low flame till it turns golden brown in colour in, between stir continue.
Then add water, sugar, cardamon powder and food colour, cook it till it becomes thick, switch off the flame.
For orange layer make motichur laddu.
Mix gram flour, food colour and water, make lumps free batter.
Make small boonies in heated ghee with the help of boondi maker. fry it for 2 minutes.
Cool the boondies, then in a mixer jar add it and make coarse powder.
To make sugar syrup , add sugar ,1/4 cup water and cardamon powder and boil it for 2 minutes.
Add boondi powder in sugar syrup and mix it well. Keep it aside for 30 minutes . (You can make motichur laddu with this mixture)
To make tricolour delight, first add green gram flour halwa in a serving bowl, then add whipped cream and make second layer. Then add motichur laddu mixture and serve.
