Ingredients

  • (200 g) NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1/2 litre milk

  • 50 gms Seviyan (Vermicelli) roasted

  • 2 Tbsp Kishmish (Raisins)

  • 2 Tbsp Mixed Dried Fruits

  • 2 Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder

  • 1-2 drops Green food colour

  • 2 drops khus essence

  • 2 drops orange emulsion

  • for garnishing 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits

Directions

    In a pan boil milk.

  • 02

    Add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, vermicelli and elaichi.

    Cook for 4 to 5 mins. Remove from heat, add the raisins and nuts.

    Divide the vermicelli into 3 parts.

  • 05

    In 1 part add green colour and khus essence.

  • 06

    In 2 part add orange emulsion.

  • 07

    3 rd part plain white.

  • 08

    Chill in fridge for 3 hours.

    Then in glass bottom layer pour green vermicelli.

  • 10

    Middle layer white vermicelli.

  • 11

    Top layer orange vermicelli.

  • 12

    Garnish with chopped dryfruits.

  • 13

    Tricolour vermicelli (semiyan) payasam is ready to serve.
