In a pan boil milk.
Add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk, vermicelli and elaichi.
Cook for 4 to 5 mins. Remove from heat, add the raisins and nuts.
Divide the vermicelli into 3 parts.
In 1 part add green colour and khus essence.
In 2 part add orange emulsion.
3 rd part plain white.
Chill in fridge for 3 hours.
Then in glass bottom layer pour green vermicelli.
Middle layer white vermicelli.
Top layer orange vermicelli.
Garnish with chopped dryfruits.
Tricolour vermicelli (semiyan) payasam is ready to serve.
