Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add mustard seeds and chopped ginger and garlic fry for a minutes .
Then add chopped onions and fry until they are soft and change his colour.
Add the chopped veggies and stir fry on high power add smashed potatoes and mix well.
Then add salt, chilli and fry until the mixture are well mix add the garam masala powder mix well and switch off the flame .
Add the chopped coriander leaves mix well and keep aside.
Now make the lace dosha
Take dosha batter divide into three bowl and add colour as your own choice , mix well a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a tawa and pour the batter in to squeeze bottle and gently squeeze it over the tawa.
Let it cook on slow flame till golden brown on bottom .
Stuff the potato and veggie mix fold it in triangles .
