  • 1 cup dosha batter

  • 4 no smashed potato

  • 2 no chopped onion

  • 2 tablespoons chopped ginger and garlic

  • 4 no chopped green chilli

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots

  • 1/2 cup chopped french been

  • 4 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 2 tablespoon oil


  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add mustard seeds and chopped ginger and garlic fry for a minutes .
  • Then add chopped onions and fry until they are soft and change his colour.
  • Add the chopped veggies and stir fry on high power add smashed potatoes and mix well.
  • Then add salt, chilli and fry until the mixture are well mix add the garam masala powder mix well and switch off the flame .
  • Add the chopped coriander leaves mix well and keep aside.
  • Now make the lace dosha
  • Take dosha batter divide into three bowl and add colour as your own choice , mix well a smooth batter.
  • Heat oil in a tawa and pour the batter in to squeeze bottle and gently squeeze it over the tawa.
  • Let it cook on slow flame till golden brown on bottom .
  • Stuff the potato and veggie mix fold it in triangles .
  • Serve it hot and Enjoyyyyyyy ☺☺
