mix suji and curd well and leave for 10 minutes
now add water ,salt and oil in it
divide this mixture into 3 parts
mix spinach puree and green chutney in the first part
in the second part mix red chutney and sauce
let the III part white
now add eno fruit salt in all three parts
heat of the water in the pressure cooker for steaming
Grease a tin
pour the mixture of Green part in it
place this tin in the pressure cooker and close the lid without whistle
steam for 5 minutes and switch off the flame
now pour white batter on it
steam for 5 minutes
Again pour the red batter on it and steam for 5 minutes
let the Dhokla cool
heat of the oil in the pan and crackle sarso dana in it
add green chillies and curry patta
and lemon juice, water and sugar
boil for 5 minutes
Spread this tarka on the Dhokla
cut this tricolor Dhokla and serve
