Ingredients

Serves 20

  • Green chilly 20-25 nos

  • Garlic cloves 10 nos

  • My Secret Fresh pomegranate seed 1/4 cups

  • Sesame seed 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin 1/2 tsp

  • Asafoerida 1/4 tsp

  • Whole coriander seeds 1 tsp

  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Mustard oil 1.5 tsp

Directions

    Break or cut green chillies in 2-3 pieces Heat oil Add cumin and sesame Fry for few seconds on medium flame

    Add fresh pomegranate seeds and saute for a minute

    Add garlic cloves and fry for a minute Stir between

    Add chilly pieces Saute it for 8-10 minutes Stir continually

    Add salt, asafoerida, turmeric powder and whole coriander seeds

    Stir continually and saute for another 3-4 minutes You can get cough from it's aroma

    so be careful Keep flame off

    Put in grinder Grind it roughly Mirchi Thecha is ready
