take flour in a vessel add salt and oil in it and mix well divide it in three portions
Add spinach pury in one portion and kneed dough for papdi if needed add little water keep aside
add tomato pury and red chilli powder in it and mix well ,knead a dough ,if needed water cann be added
take third portion in vessel add water and knead dough from it and keep aside
take portion of each dough roll it saperately with roller pin cut that rolled chapati of dough with round shape cookie cutter
deep fry these papdi in hot oil on medium flame till they become crisp
make papdi from all three doughs
for serving place papdi on plate put boiled potato on it pour sweet chutney on it
sprinkle some salt red chilli powder chatmasala and sev over it
top papdi with tomato sauce and serve
