  • 11/2cups all purpose flour

  • 4tbsp spinach pury

  • 4tbsp tomato pury

  • 2tbsp oil for dough

  • 11/2tsp salt

  • 1sp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 cup boiled mashed potato

  • 1/4cup sweet tamarind chutney

  • 1/4cup nylon sev

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 4tsp tamato sauce

  • 2cups oil for frying

  • 1/2tsp chat masala


  • take flour in a vessel add salt and oil in it and mix well divide it in three portions
  • Add spinach pury in one portion and kneed dough for papdi if needed add little water keep aside
  • add tomato pury and red chilli powder in it and mix well ,knead a dough ,if needed water cann be added
  • take third portion in vessel add water and knead dough from it and keep aside
  • take portion of each dough roll it saperately with roller pin cut that rolled chapati of dough with round shape cookie cutter
  • deep fry these papdi in hot oil on medium flame till they become crisp
  • make papdi from all three doughs
  • for serving place papdi on plate put boiled potato on it pour sweet chutney on it
  • sprinkle some salt red chilli powder chatmasala and sev over it
  • top papdi with tomato sauce and serve
