Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2cup paneer/cottage cheese


  • 1/4cup grated carrot


  • 4tbsp spinach pury


  • 1tbsp fenufreek leaves/methi


  • 1/2cup gram flour/besan


  • 1/2cup onion finely choppex


  • 1/2cup tomato pury


  • 1/2tsp cumin seeds


  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1tsp kasoori methi


  • 2cups oil for frying


  • 2tbsp oil for gravy


  • 1tbsp cashew paste


  • 1tsp fresh cream


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4tsp turmetic powder


  • 1tsp kitchen king masala


  • 1cup water


  • sugar 1tsp


  • 1/2tsp garam masala

Directions

  • grate paneer in a vessel add salt to taste and black papper to it mix well keep aside
  • heat 1tsp of oil in a pan add grated carrot in it saute till water evoporates ,add salt to taste,1/4tsp of redchilli powder to it mix well
  • Add 1tsp of gram flour in carrot mixture mix well
  • Add 1tbsp water and garam masala in it mix well cook for 1minute switch off the flame remove mixture in a plate keep aside
  • take gram flour in a vessel add spinach pury in it mix well
  • add salt to taste and fenugreek leaves in it
  • add water and make a thick batter
  • now for tricolor bonda first take small portion of carrot mixture make a ball
  • then take some portion of paneer and coat carrot ball with it
  • dip this prepared ball in gram flour batter and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame for 2-3minutes
  • bonda is ready
  • now for gravy heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste in it and saute
  • add finely chopped onion and green chilli to it and cook ro light brown color
  • add tomato pury in it and mix well and cook
  • add salt to taste,redchilli powder,turmeric powder to it mix well cook till oil saperates
  • add kitchen king masala in it mix well
  • lower the flame add cashew paste ,sugar ,Kasoori methi and cream in it and mix well
  • add 1/4cup of water mix well cook for another 2-3minutes then switch off the flame
  • cut fried bonda in two halves combine with gravy and serve with your choice of chapati or paratha
