Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup karale or Niger seeds


  • 10 – 12 pods garlic peeled


  • 3 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste or as required

Directions

  • Lightly roast the Niger seeds (without burning) for 1-2 minutes
  • Grind together garlic, salt, niger seeds,red chilli powder to make a dry chutney.
  • Serve this with hot Bhakri,Roti. Store in an airtight jar.
