1 cup karale or Niger seeds
10 – 12 pods garlic peeled
3 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt to taste or as required
Directions
Lightly roast the Niger seeds (without burning) for 1-2 minutes
Grind together garlic, salt, niger seeds,red chilli powder to make a dry chutney.
Serve this with hot Bhakri,Roti. Store in an airtight jar.
