  • Prawn - 500 grams.

  • Garam masala 1pinch

  • 1 tbsp Coconut powder

  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder

  • 1 sping Curry leaves

  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

  • 1/2 Cumin seeds

  • 3 Dry red chili

  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • 1 cupLemon juice

  • 1/2 cup Red chilli powder

  • Oil 1/2 cup

  • 1 tbsp Salt


  • Wash Prawns with turmeric and salt and keep it aside. For pickle use only small prawns.
  • Take a pan, add oil,washed prawns and saute them till they are nicely cooked and their is no water in the pan.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, saute it for a minute and switch of the flame.
  • Transfer it into a plate.
  • Take the same pan add some oil, dry red chillies ,mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder ,curry leaves and switch of the flame. Let it cool down.
  • Take a bowl add cooked prawns, lemon juice, red chilipowder, coriander powder, coconut powder, garama masala , salt and mix well
  • It can be served immediately but gives tasty flavours when preserved.
