Wash Prawns with turmeric and salt and keep it aside. For pickle use only small prawns.
Take a pan, add oil,washed prawns and saute them till they are nicely cooked and their is no water in the pan.
Then add ginger garlic paste, saute it for a minute and switch of the flame.
Transfer it into a plate.
Take the same pan add some oil, dry red chillies ,mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder ,curry leaves and switch of the flame. Let it cool down.
Take a bowl add cooked prawns, lemon juice, red chilipowder, coriander powder, coconut powder, garama masala , salt and mix well
It can be served immediately but gives tasty flavours when preserved.
