Wash fish nicely and pat dry on a kitchen towel, give incisions all over, cut into thick slices
Marinate well, using salt, red chillie powder, black pepper powder, fish masala powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, ginger/garlic paste & hung curd to it except oil
Coat well with the marinate, set aside to marinate for 1hour
Brush the marinated fish with the oil and keep on high rack in combination mode for 8-10minutes
Now grill for 15-20minutes till golden in colour, when it beeps, open & change the side of fish, set again on same combi mode for 8-10minutes
Sprinkle chat masala & serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves, onion rings and lemon
Serve hot
Note it takes 1 hour of marination and nearly about 40minutes to cook and get ready (min 6 person can eat 12pcs of fish- 2person each)
