Add cookies and butter to the blender and blend it.
Take 2-3 tbsp melted white chocolate in 2 separate bowls and add food colours and mix well. Fill it in a pipping bag. keep aside.
Combine cookie mixture and start shaping them into small balls. Add more butter if needed.
Cover each ball in white chocolate. With the help of a fork place this on a butter paper. Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Make designs with coloured chocolate(I've used pink colour too) and sprinkle some fennel seeds on it. Refrigerate it again for 10 minutes.
Tri colour truffles are ready to serve. Enjoy ☺
