Separate equal quantity of flour and salt in a bowl.
Add paste and colour in the bowls and mix well. Use water as needed to knead a soft dough.
Knead white dough too. Cover them and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Knead the dough again and Divide in equal portions. Roll in cylindrical shape.
Arrange the dough in the order and roll like a ball (the way we make lachha paranthas). Press it gently.
Start rolling the ball. Use flour while rolling and make thin chapati out of it.
Cook the chapati. Apply ghee or butter and serve hot with favourite curry, veg rayta or pickle.
