Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 kiwi chopped


  • 1/2 cup spinach washed and chopped


  • 1 banana chopped


  • 1/4 papaya chopped


  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  • 1 tbsp flax seeds


  • 2 tbsp yogurt


  • 3 tbsp honey or to taste

Directions

  • Add kiwi, spinach, honey and chia seeds to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour in serving glass.
  • In another blender add banana, flax seeds, honey and yogurt and blend until smooth. Pour in serving glass on the top of green smoothie.
  • Add papaya and honey and blend until smooth. Pour on the top of white smoothie.
  • Serve this healthy tri colour smoothie immediately.
