Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 kiwi chopped

  • 1/2 cup spinach washed and chopped

  • 1 banana chopped

  • 1/4 papaya chopped

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 2 tbsp yogurt

  • 3 tbsp honey or to taste

Directions

  • 01

    Add kiwi, spinach, honey and chia seeds to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour in serving glass.

  • 02

    In another blender add banana, flax seeds, honey and yogurt and blend until smooth. Pour in serving glass on the top of green smoothie.

  • 03

    Add papaya and honey and blend until smooth. Pour on the top of white smoothie.

  • 04

    Serve this healthy tri colour smoothie immediately.
