In a bowl combine rava, curd and salt. cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile grease the idli moulds and heat water in the cooker. Take 3 bowl and add food colour in 2 of them.
Add water if needed. Add eno fruit salt mix well. Don't over mix it. Divide the mixture equally and mix the colour.
With help of piping bag or spoon fill the moulds. Steam the idli for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with sambar or favourite chutney.
