Idli batter_1 1/2cup
Butter for greasing-1tbsp
Salt to taste-1rsp
Balanch palak and make puree with little water
Make puree of carrot
Separate the batter into three parts. Add palak puree in one part and add carrot puree in other part.
Leave the one part white as it is.
Take a small mould first pour green color batter, then white and top with carrot batter.
Steam in a microwave. Till done. . Eat with chutney and sambhar.
