First heat milk in a wide and heavy bottom vessel.
When milk start to boil let the flame simmer
Now add cardamom powder and sugar and cook on slow flame till milk reduced to half.
Now add cream and socked saffron and stir it continue so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of pan.
Cook on slow flame till milk reduced to 1/4th of its original quantity.
Once the milk reduced to 1/4th that means kulfi rabdi is ready
Now switch off the flame and cool it completely
Now divide the kulfi in to three equal parts
Add crushed Orange Candy and Orange syrup in one part
Now add khus syrup and crushed pistachios in second part
Third part is white itself
Now pour the all three kulfi mixture into kulfi mould and keep them into refrigerator for overnight.
