Ingredients

  • 1/4 carrot grinded
  • 1/4 cup Sweet potato grinded
  • 1/4 cup capcium grinded
  • 150 gm suger
  • 1/4,cup cloves for garnishing
  • Ghee 3 tsp

Directions

  • Take a kodai add ghee ,add carrot salute them
  • Add milk and sugar
  • Remove it .
  • Add sweet potatoes stir it well
  • Add suger amd milk also.
  • Remove it.
  • Take a kodai add ghee and capcium
  • Add suger .stir it well
  • Remive it.
  • Arrange it step by step .
  • Serve it tri color kheer
